Lindi Setiloane

Lindi Setiloane is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors as well as a Canadian Certified Counsellor.  With over 15 years experience as a therapist, she is able to work with a wide variety of clinical issues. Lindi uses evidence-based approaches to work with individuals, couples, and families in areas such as mental health management, life transitions, grief & loss, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, and parenting.

Lindi provides support for those experiencing emotional, social, occupational, family, or psychological challenges. Lindi strives to create a safe place for clients to improve self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and to deal more effectively with life challenges and transitions. Lindi’s hope as a counsellor is to maintain an individualized, culturally, and spiritually aware perspective and to strengthen individuals and families while meeting their unique and diverse needs.

Cheryl Lim

Cheryl Lim is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, as well as a Professional Member of the Canadian Counsellors and Psychotherapy Association. She has over 20 years of experience working with families and children in a variety of settings. Cheryl specializes in working with women and children who have been impacted by trauma and as a result are experiencing challenges. Cheryl uses an integrative approach to ensure each client is treated as a valued individual. Cheryl has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, divorce and separation, parenting, spirituality, and other life experiences. She believes each person has their own story and each story holds value as it has shaped the current experience. Through creating a safe space and a therapeutic relationship, Cheryl hopes to help you create a new reality and understanding of your experience that is more fulfilling.

Alicia Erenli

Alicia Erenli is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. With over 10 years’ experience working in a variety of roles in community settings, she is able to work with a range of clinical challenges. Alicia uses a combination of evidence-based approaches as well as integrated approaches to support individuals, youth, couples, and families in a way that fits best for each client and encourages personal growth and success. 

 

Alicia offers counselling specifically in areas such as mental wellness, substance use/harm reduction, life transitions, grief, loss, depression, anxiety and relational difficulties. Alicia hopes to create a safe space for clients to show up just as they are and begin to rebuild and learn skills that will support them in maintaining healthy boundaries, self-awareness and communication skills. Alicia hopes to share a space with clients that allows them to feel a sense of belonging in this ever- changing environment we call life.

Chantal Bernard

Chantal Bernard is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the  British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors as well as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.


Chantal has over 15 years of experience working in the human services field, first as a social worker and now as a therapist. Chantal’s area of expertise and passion is working with children, youth, adults and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds who have experienced trauma, and who may struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief
and loss, interpersonal relationships and dysfunctional family dynamics. She has worked in rural communities in northern BC, Asia and Africa.


Creating a safe and trusting space through deep listening, empathy, compassion, genuine interest and care is at the centre of Chantal’s work. Her approach to well-being is holistic; connecting mind, body and heart. She is a trauma informed counsellor intent on working with each individual’s strengths and resources along with finding the right
strategies to help each individual feel better, grow, transform and heal.

John Nweke

John Nweke is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. He has been working in the community mental health field for 5 years, in a variety of roles including as a behaviour interventionist, shelter support worker, and clinical counsellor. He works from a Cognitive-Behavioral lens that is informed with a biopsychosocial framework. As such, John utilizes evidence- based practice, while placing them in the context of each client’s concerns. John has experience with a wide variety of clients and concerns with a focus on matters of anxiety, depression, and substance use.

 

Many spheres interact to contribute to well-being, particularly cognitions, emotions, physiology, environment, and social contexts. John’s undergraduate experience in biology makes him equipped to provide psycho-education as to the biological components impacting wellness. This information, in combination with the other contributing factors mentioned above, will be utilized to the benefit of moving clients towards their goals. Often times, people facing challenging moments feel disconnected and isolated from those in their lives. John aims to create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship that encourages the growth and well-being of each client.

Her focus is to support you in implementing changes to improve your quality of life by using scientifically researched and validated interventions. Maria specializes in working with individuals undergoing personal or relationship challenges. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, relationship challenges, life transition, and OCD. Maria believes that mental health is not just about overcoming crisis, it is foundational to overall health and fulfilment.
