ABOUT SPENCER

Hello — I’m Spencer, and I’m glad you’re here! I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges without judgment. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse toolkit of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help individuals navigate a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. I also support clients through life transitions, personal challenges, and workplace stress, helping them develop the skills and strategies needed to move forward with confidence.

I believe that, despite life’s obstacles, everyone has the ability to become the person they want to be. My goal is to help you cut through the challenges and discover practical ways to realize your full potential. Together, we work to build the mindset, skills, and self-awareness that make lasting change possible.

As I am a person with physical disabilities, I provide counselling remotely via phone or video, making therapy accessible to others with physical disabilities or those who prefer the convenience of online sessions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, empowering you to move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

If you’re seeking online counselling for anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, or if you want support navigating personal or relational challenges, I would be honoured to help you on your journey to growth and well-being
