ABOUT LINDI

Hello and welcome - I’m Lindi!  With over 18 years of experience as a therapist, I offer a warm, supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to explore life’s challenges and move toward meaningful change. I provide trauma-informed care to support clients with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and overall mental health and well-being issues.

I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed by emotional, social, family, work, or personal challenges. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood while we work together and to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s ups and downs.

I believe counselling should feel personal, respectful, and empowering. I strive to meet each client with compassion and care, while honouring cultural, spiritual, and individual differences. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, my hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater balance, connection, and resilience.
