ABOUT JESSICA
Hello, I’m Jessica — I’m glad you’re here. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including both youth and adults. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and personalized, so I work closely with each client to identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable for them.

My counselling style is grounded in curiosity, acceptance, and a gentle, compassionate approach. I use a strength-based, client-centred framework, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we work to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to emotional distress, while building practical skills that support long-term growth and resilience.

I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, as I believe trust and connection are essential to meaningful change. My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, and trauma, and I am committed to providing thoughtful, trauma-informed counselling that empowers clients to feel more confident, balanced, and in control of their lives.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking local trails, and getting lost in a good mystery novel. These moments of grounding and curiosity often remind me of the same balance and self-care I encourage in my clients.

If you’re seeking anxiety therapy, depression counselling, or supportive therapy for stress or trauma, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
