ABOUT JESSICA

With over 10 years experience in the mental health field, Jessica has served a diverse population of clients. Jessica works with youth and adult clients to collaborate on their individualized and personal goals. Her style is to approach things with curiosity, acceptance, and a gentle nature.

Jessica uses a strength-based approach and draws on modalities from CBT, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. Jessica focuses on empowering clients to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to their emotional distress. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop practical strategies and skills that promote lasting change and improve overall well-being. Her
approach in treating mental health concerns is grounded in the development of a strong therapeutic relationship. Her areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, and trauma.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, walking local trails, and reading mystery novels.
