ABOUT CHERYL
Cheryl has over 20 years of experience working with families in a variety of settings. Cheryl specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, who have been impacted by trauma and as a result may struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and grief. Cheryl uses an integrative approach to ensure each client is treated as a valued individual. Cheryl has experience working with divorce, separation, couples counselling, communication, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, parenting, spirituality, and other life experiences. Cheryl is a trauma-informed counsellor who believes each person has their own unique strengths and story and each story holds value as it has shaped their current experience. Through creating a safe space and a therapeutic relationship, Cheryl hopes to help you find the right strategies and resources to help you heal, create a new reality, and build a life that is more fulfilling.
