ABOUT KULJIT
Hello! My name is Kuljit and I offer compassionate, trauma-informed counselling for individuals and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (specializing in Cell and Molecular Biology) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a holistic and integrative approach to counselling, shaped by my background in both science and psychology.

In my work with clients, I take a comprehensive view of the challenges you’re experiencing, paying close attention to both physical and emotional symptoms. I believe that understanding how stress, emotions, and life experiences affect the mind and body can lead to deeper self-awareness and more effective, meaningful support. Together, we explore what your experiences are telling you and identify strategies that support healing, balance, and growth.

Over the years, I have provided counselling services in a variety of settings and have supported organizations such as the Vancouver School Board, the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), and WorkSafeBC. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support individuals facing a wide range of personal, emotional, and life-related challenges.

My dedication to healing is deeply rooted in my own journey of integrating mind-body wellness into everyday life. As a mother of two young children, I understand how important self-care is — not only for our own well-being, but also for maintaining healthy relationships and showing up fully for those we care about. I believe caring for ourselves is an essential part of caring for others. Outside of counselling, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and exploring the outdoors — moments that help me stay grounded and connected.
If you’re looking for holistic counselling, support with emotional and physical stress, or a therapist who takes an integrative, whole-person approach, I would be honoured to support you on your path toward well-being and balance.
