Chantal’s area of expertise and passion is working with youth, adults and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds who have experienced trauma, and who may struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships and dysfunctional family dynamics. She has worked in rural communities in northern BC, Asia and Africa.

Creating a safe and trusting space through deep listening, empathy, compassion, genuine interest and care is at the centre of Chantal’s work. Her approach to well-being is holistic; connecting mind, body and heart.
