ABOUT LINDI
With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, she is able to work with a wide variety of clinical issues. Lindi uses evidence-based approaches to work with individuals, couples, and families in areas such as mental health management, life transitions, grief & loss, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, and parenting.

Lindi provides support for those experiencing emotional, social, occupational, family, or psychological challenges. Lindi strives to create a safe place for clients to improve self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and to deal more effectively with life challenges and transitions. Lindi’s hope as a counsellor is to maintain an individualized, culturally, and spiritually aware perspective and to strengthen individuals and families while meeting their unique and diverse needs.
