ABOUT ALICIA
With over 10 years’ experience working in a variety of roles in community settings, she is able to work with a range of clinical challenges. Alicia uses a combination of evidence-based approaches as well as integrated approaches to support individuals, youth, couples, and families in a way that fits best for each client and encourages personal growth and success.
Alicia offers counselling specifically in areas such as mental wellness, substance use/harm reduction, life transitions, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. Alicia hopes to create a safe space for clients to show up just as they are and begin to rebuild and learn skills that will support them in maintaining healthy boundaries, self-awareness, and communication skills.
