Kelsey Webster

Kelsey Webster is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and has worked in the field of mental health and addictions with both youth and adults for the past six years. Her experience ranges in the areas of treatment, supportive housing, outreach, detox and counselling. She works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, grief, mental health disorders and relationship difficulties. Currently, Kelsey also works as a clinical counsellor on an Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) team.

ABOUT KELSEY

Kelsey aims to create a warm, safe environment to work collaboratively with clients on what is personally meaningful to them. She takes a holistic approach to counselling by including attention to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual domains. Kelsey believes that by bringing compassion, curiosity and openness to exploring one’s lived experience, individuals can improve their self-awareness and ability to create change.
